When I get the opportunity to photograph a family in my hometown, Bolton Landing, I always feel so honored. Add in that this family of amazing business owners (Cate of Cate’s Italian Garden (psst… check out their website for some of my food photography) and Ed of The Chateau on the Lake) and my teens’ favorite teacher and we have the making of an amazing family session.

I have lots of families that have been with me since I started my business. This one just happens to have been with me for as long as I can remember since we were neighbors and I graduated high school with one of the daughters. It’s always a delight when I can capture a family I love. It’s even better when I can capture them during a family reunion over the holidays. Large family portraits are some of my favorites for the opportunity to capture multiple generations and getting to do them in my hometown of Bolton Landing on Lake George makes it even better!
