Session Planning & Rentals
Looking to make your proposal just a little more special? I'm now offering proposal planning packages for all booked photo clients. I'm always happy to answer questions about my services, however I don't answer location or vendor questions prior to booking.
Proposal sets can be anywhere from an additional $100-$2500. It just depends on what you are looking for a simple banner sign with candles (AI mockup shown below) is a $100 rental. Where as a full arch rental, rose petals, private picnic with florals will be closer to $1500. Below you can see some actual proposal sets and AI mockups.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?
Outdoor session come with a minimum of 50 images.
Are there any additional fees?
Depending on the location of your session, there may be a travel or location fee. My service area includes Bolton Landing through Saratoga Springs. You will need to speak with the venue about location fees
We're from out of town, what happens if it rains?
In the event of inclement weather and non-availability for reschedule for out-of-town clients, 100% of fees will be refunded. An attempt to reschedule on the rain date must be made.
what if my partner doesn't want to go out last minute?
I'm very lenient about reschedules, as long as my schedule allows, and do not charge a fee if your session needs to be changed. Things happen and you don't want to ruin the surprise.
what if I want to do something extra?
Want floral arches or private picnics, please let me know and I can make it happen based on your budget. The starting cost for an extravagant proposal (not including photography) with heart-shaped arch and private picnic is $1500.
