I'm regularly asked if you really need an engagement session and the answer is wholeheartedly -- yes! This is the time for you to see how I work and gain trust in the poses and locations I choose for your wedding day. It's a time for me to learn what you like and don't like and what small corrections I can make during poses that, on the day of your wedding, will make your images go from ones you like a lot to ones you are absolutely obsessed with.

Dressing up for your session is always better than just dressing casual (even if you are jeans kind of people). You want a dressy version of yourself and it's hard to get the images you loved on my website if you are dressed for hiking.Below are my top styling tips.

Soak your ring in warm water with dishwashing soap for 20 to 40 minutes. Then gently brush the stone with a soft toothbrush, rinse and repeat if needed.
I love capturing the detail of the ring up close. If you are purchasing a vintage ring, please have it cleaned or clean it yourself.
