I 100% whole-heartedly believe in fate! And this session just confirmed it! Once a week I go through that week’s sessions and make sure all the reminders are scheduled to go out for the next week. I’m also typically booked two months out in the summer months. One Thursday afternoon I find myself moving a Saturday appt to a month later. Not more than 15 minutes later, Erin’s mother contacted me trying to schedule a photographer for Darrin’s surprise proposal at the Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing! Of course, I immediately wrote back and you can see the beautiful result of my little piece of fate. <3

One of the sweetest parts of their day was when both of their families came with champagne & flowers!

My next favorite part of a proposal is the mini engagement session we do right after they’ve finished their celebrations. Who could ask for a prettier location than the grounds of the Sagamore! Of course, Bolton Landing is my hometown so I might be biased!
