Joe and Nicole met on a summer day while Joe visited home on a break between hockey seasons. They knew quickly that they didn’t want their story to end there. After years of long distance, Joe proposed to Nicole on the shores of our beautiful Lake George. When they were deciding on where they should celebrate their wedding day, they decided the Barn at Lord Howe Valley was the perfect venue for them.
Nicole told me a little about her style vision for her day: “We have collected blue and white chinoiserie vases as decor with intention of bringing the beautiful blue colors that resemble the Lake into the rustic Barn venue. We are thrilled with all of our vendors that are coming together to make our wedding dream a reality, and we most importantly cannot wait to celebrate our love with our closest family and friends, and are so grateful have it captured by YM Photography”.
And yes, they are as sweet a couple as are their words <3 Here’s a look at their Adirondack Barn Wedding.
One of the touches I loved the most was their custom designed invitations! They had an artist draw a rendering of the beautiful Lord Howe barn. Simply Gorgeous!
Flower Power VT did an amazing display of locally grown wildflowers. From the bouts to the bridal florals… WOW!
Nicole found each and every piece of chinoiserie she used for her wedding decor. She loves the different blues which reminded her of the lake.
I always love when I get to photograph a wedding with Soul Sessions Playing! They really know how to get everyone up and dancing!
