Remember I posted about how this crazy, beautiful wedding giveaway got started HERE? Well, it’s official…

2. Fill out the form below.

3. Email 3-5 photos to info@ymphotography.com. Entries are not valid without photo submissions. Ensure you put your first & last name in email subject line along with “wedding giveaway”.

Round one will run from Feb 14th-Mar 29th, 2018. Three finalists will be selected by the participating vendors and announced on Mar 31st, 2018.

So, what about round two? It’s simple… it’s a chance for your family and friends to show you how much they love you!

The three finalists’ photos will be posted on social media. Finalist with the most public votes (likes) by 1201AM on April 14th will win. Winner will be announced on April 15th.

THE FINE PRINT: A few things before you enter.

Contest Timeline:
Round One: February 14th – March 29th, 2018

The contest entries will be accepted from February 14th at 12:01AM EST until March 29th, 11:59PM EST. Participating Vendors will chose three round one finalists who must be willing for entry photos to be shared on social media.

Contestants have 24 hours to accept nomination or the next runner-up will be chosen.

Round Two: April 1st – April 14th, 2018

The three finalists will be posted on social media. Finalists have until April 14th, 2018 to request likes from family and friends on their individual social media posts. The finalist with the most likes will be announced at noon on April 15th, 2018.

Contest winner has 24 hours to accept the prize package or prize will default to the runner-up.

The Official Rules for the 2019 Adirondack Wedding giveaway:

– Contest is open to couples who do not have existing contracts with any wedding vendors, participating or not.

– Contest is not valid with less than 50 entries. If 50 entries are not submitted, participating vendors are under no obligation to pick a winner or provide prizes.

– Any travel/accommodation expenses are not included and must be covered by the winning couple.

– Any wedding service not listed is not included and the responsibility of the winning couple. Any add-ons agreed upon with participating vendors are not covered by this contest and the sole responsibility of the winning couple.

– Wedding prize must be accepted in whole (all vendors) or prize is forfeit. Couple may not hire similar vendors to those participating in giveaway.

– You must be at least 18 years old to enter

– Three finalists will be notified by email and will have 24 hours to accept the first round nomination.

– The round two winner will be notified by email to the email they provided. They will have 24 hours to call YM Photography as listed in email and accept the giveaway grand prize. Winner will be officially announced via social media and/or blog post on April 15th, 2018.

– A contract must be signed and returned to each participating vendors before prize is valid.

-Only one couple will be awarded the grand prize as listed above.

-Catering and attire are not included.

– This wedding giveaway cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item or service. Prizes are only valid from participating vendors on the date chosen by the winning couple at the included wedding venue.

– The winning couple agrees to be featured on any and all social media and websites for participating vendors and also on any other publications. The names and images of the winning couple will be used for promotional purposes.

– By entering, couples agree to have their submission shared by YM Photography and other participating vendors.

– All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the responsibility of the winners. Winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more.  Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.  Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported by YM Photography to the IRS.

– By participating in the 2019 Adirondack Wedding Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these official rules.
